Gary who responded my email was very helpful, he gave me some instructions for a second application and when that didn’t finished the job he offered to get my husband’s shirt fixed in their lab as part of their research.

I got my refund through amazon and the guys in the MX14 lab did an amazing work on the stain. The product works, some stains might need patience as their new instructions say, and their customer service is outstanding. They are also willing to do more research make their product better. I will definitely recommend them again."

"I have to say ive only left one review on amazon before this, but I felt compelled too after seeing the results. To cut a long story short, my 2 year old son has started to enjoy drawing, regrettably that also means he doesn't know his boundaries of using paper all the time.... he decided to scribble on our foot stool / Pouffe (whichever terminology you subscribe too!) with blue biro.... within 5 minutes we had Vanish on the stain as follishly we bought (pre kids) cream fabric sofas and pouffe (It is not a footstool ;) ) vanish did absolutely nothing to this, I then did a bit of googling and people suggested vinegar and soap and some other odd ideas - all of which did not work.... so we are now 2 weeks down the line looking at possibly buying new sofas. I stumble across this stain remover, read the blurb and think its worth a go, to my surprise and seeing as the biro was at least 2-3 weeks old now and dried etc just one application of this magical formula took the biro straight off!! Honestly, just a brilliant simple product which we will hopefully not need to use again as our kids will not draw on the sofas!!"

"Cracking stuff, worked on Ink marks on my leather settee which the kids marked 3 years ago. Nothing got it off and so I have just lived with it, I had to reuse it a few times and worked. Also used on my work top with ink marks only a few days old and came straight off and another chair heavily stained in one area came off did not affect the original print, which I was worried about. On the MX14 cover there is a web site address which I found easy to use and how to use it. The MX14 is a top ink remover and I have still got a 1/4 of the remover left as it cleared all the marks I had."

Tried most stain removers and some while they were not perfect they reduced the marks . HOW EVER this little tube is just like magic ,it really works pen marks juice even blackberry are just a few ,lost count how many times I have reached for the tube and saved a garment. This little tube of magic has its own place in our house .

Tried other things that just did not work. Left overnight and the ink mark just washed out. Very happy.

This stuff is a life saver, so far has removed pen from leather sofa and red wine from my carpet. All you have to do is dab it on and leave overnight and wash. Fantastic
